Christina and Tom | The Larmer Tree Gardens

Christina and Tom‘s wedding was my last wedding of 2013. What an amazing day! First of all, if you haven’t been to the Larmer Tree Gardens, please do, it’s an amazing place. It is very well known for its music festival and that’s where Christina and Tom have been going for the last few years.

The ambience was very relaxed during the whole day; from Christina getting ready to the first dance (and some more), exactly the way I love photographing.

I hope it shows in the photos and that everybody will enjoy going through them (the full photo gallery can be seen here).

Have a great life together. It makes me really look forward to a photogenic 2014!

Caroline and Simon | A wedding at home

After Caroline and Simon’s beautiful wedding service at Ewhurst Church of St Peter & St Paul, they chose an amazing venue for their reception – Caroline’s parent’s back garden, albeit a very large garden, with a very large teepee tent! It was such an amazing place full of flowers, sun and of course fun from all the guests!

The tent got it’s own life in the evening when the fires were started in pits to warm everybody and with the music starting it felt like the guests never stopped dancing! I had a brilliant day and it looks from the photos like everyone else did too, especially the happy pair! Congratulations Caroline and Simon, I hope we’ll meet again soon.

Caroline Clarke - Olivier, we are so thrilled with your photo’s of our magical day!! You captured every moment so beautifully… We couldn’t have wished for anything better. Thank you SO much! Caroline and Simon xx

Jane and Stuart | Pennyhill Park Hotel

In the summer, I met up with Jane and Stu for their pre-wedding shoot. We went to a lovely forest, and had a quiet, calm hour taking photos. What a contrast to their amazing wedding at Pennyhill Park Hotel !

It was the most liveliest wedding I think I have had the pleasure of attending (definitely not quiet), with lots of dancing before the wedding breakfast (traditional Assyrian) and before/after the first dance! It included some very funky wedding trainers, an exchange of money between the best man and one of the young guests (another tradition looking at buying the seat for the bride), an amazing baklava tower, three very cool musicians of the older variety, tonnes of fun and happiness, a bit of rain (which didn’t dampen the fun!) and……..a brilliant couple!!

Wishing you both all the best!

M and R | Nonsuch Mansion

M and R‘s wedding was a very literate affair. Their love of books shone through, with Penguin book covers that could be found on the table plan and each table, and their wedding cake was Scrabbulous!!

Nonsuch Mansion was again an amazing place to be, with the beautiful house and amazing sunny garden. All the guests had a great time making my job even easier with smiles all around!
