Ann and Mark in the bluebells

Ann, Mark and I met up at their beautiful house today for their pre-wedding photoshoot. They are lucky enough to live in the middle of the countryside surrounded by fields and woods, so we planned a while ago to meet up in the middle of the bluebells. We couldn’t guarantee the sun coming out but at least we knew that we could make the most of the lovely Sussex countryside!

Amelia and Paul | Warbrook House

It was a cold start to the day (the wet, cold, grey weather we have had most of the time so far this year) but everybody was in good spirits for Amelia and Paul’s wedding. One lasting moment of the day was after they both said “I do”, kissed, and went outside to the most gorgeous sun – it felt like it had come out just for them! It was such a great moment and a sign for Amelia and Paul’s life together.

I think everybody had a brilliant time at Warbrook House. I believe the guests were not so happy to get some photos outside in the cold but it was definitely worth it (see for yourselves in the full gallery).

Most importantly, Amelia and Paul had a great day and I hope it shows in the photos.

Roselyn & Simon | Pre-wedding photos

It had been a while since Ros, Simon and I met up and we went to some woods outside of Dorking for some pre-wedding photos. Unfortunately it was a bit early for the bluebells but the lovely sun (maybe the first of the year…) made for it.

I had a great time on this photo shoot as Ros and Simon were so easy going and got used to the camera very easily. Look at the photos and see for yourself.

I’m very much looking forward to their wedding in a few weeks time now !

Grace and Rob | The Elvetham Hotel

Do you all remember Grace and Rob’s pre-wedding photos and wedding teaser? Well, finally I can reveal the full set from their fabulous wedding at The Elvetham Hotel.

Everybody was so welcoming and happy to pose for photos that it was a pleasure to be part of their day. Grace’s Dad is also a wedding photographer so that added to the pressure a little bit!!  It might not be noticeable on the formal photos but it was about -5 degrees C with the windchill – Grace was in a gorgeous strapless wedding dress but she continued smiling all the time (I was told that Grace feels the cold more than anyone, apparently needing a coat in the frozen section of supermarkets……).

A brilliant couple and a brilliant day, so congratulations Rob and Grace!!

Here are a few of the photos from the day but all the other photos are available if you click here
